日本製鉄が、US Steelを買収する問題は、バイデン大統領が止めさせる決断をするらしいということで、USAが日本企業によるUS Steel買収を認めないことはほぼ確定した。こんな事態は、ちょっと考えれば解ることで、日本製鉄はバカである。
そもそも、日本は、白人国家の代表であるUSAにとって敵国であり、日本がUSAの同盟国になった今となっても変わらない。USAが日本に原爆を落とした事件が欧米で２０世紀の１０大ニュースのトップになっているのは、有色人種国家の代表であった小賢しい日本を叩きのめし、白人の優位を「証明」したからであって、今でもUSAが日本に敵意を持っていることに変わりはない。クリントン大統領の友人の弁護士たちが、三菱や東芝などの日本企業に因縁を付け、多額の金銭をふんだくったのは、昔のことではない。
そんなバックグラウンドで「無色透明で」「教科書的な」資本主義の論理を振りかざす日本製鉄は、USAから見れば「宇宙語」をしゃべっているようにしか見えないだろう。その論理は、日本アレルギーを持つUSA首脳には通用しない。だれが大統領であるにせよ。トヨタと違い、日本製鉄は、USAを知らない。
ついでに、日本製鉄は、次期大統領トランプが忌み嫌う中国と今でも繋がりが強い。拒否されて当然である。
